Exactly as before - it's in Imperial Armour Volume 2, it was never part of
the 3rd ed SM Codex. FW say it doesn't need opponents permission, GW says it
does. Personally I wouldn't mind if you turned up to a game with one, as the
IA stuff tends to be slightly overcosted anyway.
