I ordered from them on Wednesday and they have took my money yet not
delivered!
They cannot be contacted either. Anyone else in the same boat?
What can I do?
Any help is thanked in advance...

Kingcat? Never heard of 'em, which isn't always the best sign.

Wednesday you say. So not even a week ago, and the presumption already,
is that they have scarpered with your money. You don't think it might be
waiting a little longer ?

If you paid by credit card and the amount was over 100 pounds, then your
credit card company will refund you. Many credit card companies will
refund you even if it is below 100 UKP.

How? Do I just phone the card company (my bank in this case) and tell them
of the situation?

Is it a credit or debit card?

I sincerely doubt anyone would give you your money back after a week though.
Be patient! Blimey.

In the UK, credit card companies have exactly the same responsibility
for the credit transaction as the actual supplier of the goods for
transactions of 100UKP or greater. What this essentially means to you as
a consumer is that you can demand a refund from your credit card
company. The credit card company will then refund you, and after that
has occurred, will then chase the supplier of the goods to recover their
money.

To be honest though, I expect the cedit card company will want you to
allow 28 days for delivery before they would consider refunding you, but
it certainly won't do any harm to ring and ask. Don't ring the bank, as
it is not the bank themselves that handle the credit cards - instead,
ring the phone number on the back of the credit card, or the one that is
shown on your credit card statement.

It is probably worth pointing out, that all that I've said, only applies
to *credit* cards. If you have paid for the goods by debit card or
Switch etc. then generally speaking you are stuffed, although again,
some banks are more sympathetic than others even when it comes to debit
card transactions, so it is still worth asking the question.
