Just wondering if anyone wanted to share some of their more interesting
character concepts, not you most powerful, not your uber-leet ancient 1st ed
munchkin but the ones you enjoyed most .
Might use some as NPCs in my own campaign and others might do so too...
here are some of mine that i ran recently:
low level eberron campaign, I had a LN Warforged Fighter who wanted to be a
paladin, but didn't accept the flesh creatures gods, so he behaved like a
paladin should (having asked others what made a paladin a paladin) and was
on a quest to find his own deity while protecting and other warforged and
fighting the oppression of the meat creatures.
low magic custom-world campaign I play a CG Sorcerer who is convinved of his
own "destiny" and is an artist who sketches his adventures and tells anyone
who will listen about those adventures even going so far as to hand out
autographed self-portraits of himself and his fellow adventurers, he enjoys
using his powers to "annoy evil" and insure the group's paladin will become
the future queen of the land (she's a long lost bloodline) much to the
paladin's embarassment.
not D&D but in Hackmaster I played a pixie fairy mage who was a greedy
pathological liar while a friend of mine played his twin brother who was had
the honest and charitable traits, my character pretended to be either twin
depending on which was more advantageous to him at the time.
now your turn... share! |

In a Greyhawk campaign, I played a follower of Hieroneous, working to
reunite Chessenta. My friend played an old military comrade of mine
who followed Hextor, who also wanted to reunite Chessenta, but for
entirely different reasons. Sadly, the campaign faded away before we
ran into political clashes. |

My first PC was a low-level human fighter that ran into a near-TPK at
4th and died at the hands of a Wight. My second PC was an elf ranger
that at 6th had to fight a particular wight with help, yes, my first
PC as NPC...
