if I attack with a creature which have deathtouch, my opponent controls an
empyrial archangel but he does not block, would the damage transferred from
him to the archangel have deathtouch and kill the archangel? please reply.

As a rules question, this belongs to rec.games.trading-cards.magic.rules. Cross
posting to .rules and follow-ups set.

Yes, redirected damage still has original damage dealer as its source. The
damage is tagged with deathtouch and the Archangel dies. Note, incidentally,
that shroud doesn't help; the deathtouch ability is not targetted.
