Need help with Photoshop

I need a scan of Ballsofsteel except the bottom half was cropped off. I'm
not experienced enough to copy it into an art program and finish it off,
then scale to size, ( I did try). If someone is experienced with using it
and willing to help it shouldn't be a very long project.
