Apparently there has been work or rumblings at least about a Thief 4.

wouldn't that be great! would be nice to have a prequel.....definitely
not a sequel. t3 sucked. i guess it would probably be in line with
something like assassins creed, where he was demoted to a novice. we'd
be a half decent pickpocket, etc, but learn all the tricks the keepers
have hidden from us.

and think of all the writings we could find around a
keepers........keep? references to future events.....woo...what if we
could ALTER those events. like a 'choose your own adventure' type
thing, and replay parts of thief 1 and 2 but differently.
hhhmmmm....that could be cool. people with thief 1 and 2 cd's could
insert them for original grap.....

yeah ok i'm getting WAY ahead of myself there. jeez.....forget it. i
just hope it happens.
