My magicka is no longer regenerating, even when I fast travel or rest.
Has that ever happened to you? I can only get it up with potions and
spells.
Or is there anything you can wear that keeps the magicka stuck? I've
achieved victory in the main quest and in whispering isles main quest,
and most of the other quests, so I was thinking about starting again
anyway.
