There are numerous Diplomacy clubs and forums out there, really one for
every taste. There are yahoogroup based clubs like Cat23, Dipworld, and
Diplomaticcorp, web-based clubs like Redscape and Diplomacy 2000, and there
is, as I am sure someone here will inform you, automated "judge" play, too.
There are groups using many languages other than English, as well.
A lot depends on what type of experience you would like. I have links to a
bunch of communities here:
http://diplomiscellany.tripod.com/id2.html .
Check them out. You might also want to take a look at the Diplomacy webring
at
http://c.webring.com/hub?ring=diplomacy , to see what is out there in the
Hobby.
