A jet, a Porche, and a racing bike have a bit of a drag race.

http://media.planetvids.com/pvids/Top_Speed_Challenge.wmv

Can anyone ID the jet?

Can't make out the markings, and resolution is so awful I'm not even
sure it has two engines, but it looks like a Jaguar to me.

It looks like one, but it's not. Check the tail.

This one's a toughie. I looked through my ten year old Jane's and couldn't
find it. For a while I thought of the AMX, but that's not it either. I think
it is something built either in Japan or Taiwan, but I can't find a pic of
it at the moment. Maybe somebody with google magic can scare one up.

Forgot to say that it could also be S. Korean in origin. But My money is
still on either Japan or Taiwan.

Is there another URL for this clip? All I seem to get is that the

I don't think so. Look at the tail again. On the one in the race, the
tailpipes extend all the way to the rear. Also, it looks to me like there
isn't that hump behind the cockpit canopy. Might even be a two-place
cockpit, though I can't say for sure. Something about the engine inlets on
the F-1 doesn't seem right either, but I'd have to look at the film again to
say what.

Good job, guys!

I had been thinking that it might have been some Russian supersonic
