| Can anybody make any sense of the scroll? Did anybody ever beat this
game? I'm almost through, but now I'm stuck. Any help would be
appreciated.

Miracle Warriors was my very first encounter with an RPG. I bought it
the same time as Phantasy Star way back in 1988 (or was it 1989?). It
came with this really huge map and I loved the style. The language,
music, storyline and depth was unique and unprecedented back then. It
took me several months but I succeeded in completing the game. There
are lots of clues you need to pay attention to. Sorry it's been
almost two decades and I can't remember specifics. However, GameFAQs
should provide you with all the help you need:

Beat it? BEAT IT!? Man, I can't even make it more than 3 or 4 steps
after the game starts without immediately getting killed.

You are supposed to go in the castle first, talk to the king and then
spend an hour or two levelling up first. If I recall correctly, this is an
old PC-styled RPG, where you have to run back to town to heal up after
every other fight the first day or so.

Yeah, I downloaded a walk-through, but I'm still struggling.
There's some hidden location in the desert where you are supposed to
get the key to earth, but when I go there I just get a message saying
"A monument to Iason even here!". FRREEAAKKKK!!

I vaguely remember having to use the command "Come, Iason" at some
point in the game. Have you ever used it yet? In any case, try to
remember the clue about Iason being twice as big as you (so you need
to take 2 steps), starting from the point you mentioned (Iason's
monument). Then, you need to move in the direction using another clue
about going somewhere east, west or south. Good luck and lemme know
how you progress! |

this is correct. you have to mention the spell in order to open these
hidden dungeons. i still have the map, and have stickers and markings on
it showing all the special caves and everything. i guess at this point
that makes the map quite valuable. if you are still stuck after Gamefaqs
let me know (last time i checked there were a few that were complete);
if you have a copy of the map i'll dig up my copy and give you the
coordinates. if you don't have the map, it'll take a while to describe,
and should be easier to find already stated elsewhere in a walkthrough. |

Though I still haven't played it much, I was looking over Google to see
what'd come up, here are some links:
