The real answer, the one our local village idiot didn't bother to
check, is that funny as it may seem, Hearts of Iron 3 hasn't been
officially announced as released at Paradox either

Well, they've missed announcing some of our releases in the past as
well. I recall having to ping them a few times when I didn't see one
of our releases mentioned. Hasn't happened lately, but I assume they
are just waiting for the official word.

Look, job of Wargamer.com is not to just wait for Press Release announcing
HoI3 release or any other Major Game Release (TM)... They should have
anticipated that and act accordingly.
