They display at such appropriate times. I'm attempting to fly
formation thru a town and ...well didn't make it...crash and low and
behold "Fling Tips" comes up...woo,woo,woo!

I think the 'flying tip' it would have given you under those
circumstances would have been "Don't".... : )

I come in behind the B-17 and lo and behold, my P-47 simply stops in
mid air and dives for the ground...a-la Lawn Dart

You sure did MM. It's impossible to fly a close formation with Crash
Detection turned on. Crash Lander had the same problem when he first
tried it.......but with a nick like that it didn't bother him much.

Flying the VC - Well, it will be difficult to go back to the 2D cockpit. This must be the ultimate having all functions available and 'clickable' naturally and realistically without having to float other windows such as quadrant. Not bad for freeware!! Butts ..
Flying online with others - Other than Zone.com where is a good place to fly with others. I dont really want to joing a VA and fly Heavies all the time. I was thinking more on the lines of flying smaller non commercial planes jets and props. Just like taking small cross country..
