i dunno, it worked fine first time for me. can your 360 "see" your PC?

check the settings menu and run the network diagnostics/connect to a
pc things, see what they throw up.

Are you using Windows MCE or Windows XP?

You need to install Windows Media Connect from Windows Update, run that
and add the folder your music is in to the list of available shares.

Also remember to add File and Printer Sharing and WMC to the list of
exceptions in your firewall.
