Sounds like a big pile of BS to me. While MS probably is thinking about
128bit operating systems it for sure is far from being even in a very
basic development stage and very surely won't come with Windows 8 or
Windows 9, especially since there is no 128bit general purpose computer
architecture yet, and 128bit is on none of the roadmaps for any major
CPU or computer manufacturer. Probably simply because 64bit won't be a
limit for at least the next two decades.
