What about the original The Enemy Within campaign? That's what made WFRP
big, after all.

Yep the list doesn't have any of the old stuff on it. It doesn't
mention Tim Eccles's Private Wars campaign which is top notch IMO either.
Of course that is a little hard to get hold of these days.
