Maybe... But it was the morning, and the number of people showing in the
zone was pretty small (which it usually is at that time of day), and still
the mapserver disco... And that hadn't been happening at all yesterday...
I can't see a huge influx of players suddenly popping onto Virtue in hidden
mode for no apparent reason... It seems to be a problem with Cap on all
servers, but since there wasn't a new patch release in the last few days, I
just can't see what would suddenly cause the issues...

I'll have to pop onto the official boards and see if any devs have an
explanation yet... Will keep anybody interested posted on what I dig up.

Sounds like the exact same problem that hit Sharks on Virtue a couple
weeks back - only then it was more like disconnect/reconnect every 10
seconds.

It was supposedly a pathing problem and supposedly fixed.
I'm guessing in part it was all those miners that follow scrapyard and
maybe getting stuck and trying to get unstuck in that "I can't step
around this brick in my way but I'll try to run through it all day long"
cryptic AI way until the server instance fell to it's knees.
