New studies have shown that violent fps games make kids more
aggressive. That means, these games are dangerous and responsible for
killing sprees and school shootings.

That's why these games should be BANNED and OUTLAWED worldwide.

You should only play cute, non-violent games, but games such as
Crysis, Fallout 3 or the Call of Duty series should be BANNED.

These games are murder-simulations, Killer Games, that turn our kids
into monsters.

Not really. He tricked you into crossposting into an unrelated
newsgroup - for purposes of keeping score.

He didn't "trick" me into anything. I replied because I felt like it.

So you deliberately replied both to this group and the troll's score
keeping group?

That makes you a moron.

The majority of the populace is still very ignorant as to just what
schizophrenia is. Can you blame them when people like Ian Hunter put out an
album titled 'You're Never Alone With A Schizophrenic'? <rolls eyes at Ian
Hunter>

Yes and it's the majority of the populace that are the first to open
mouth and insert foot on usenet or whatever forum they choose to troll
on that day.

Here's a better suggestion: don't click reply - especially if you
can't make said reply funny.

As you should know, that troll follows a known pattern of posting a
semi-related message to as many newsgroups as possible in order to
perform reply flooding - and has done so within a span of a few years.
Since reply spamming is still spamming, don't be suprised if people
change their killfiles.

>and don't go searching through headers and

Any decent newsreader gives the ability to change the target newsgroup
without having to open up headers. In other words, don't use Outlook.

Studies by who exactly? This kind of unsubstantiated claim really gets my
goat and it happens a lot these days. And who are all these people that keep
doing all these stupid studies anyway, I certainly hope Im not paying for
them out of my taxes. Similarly to many others here I have played loads of
violent games including playing soldiers and cowboys when I was young and
Ive never felt like hitting anyone or killing anyone. The fact is a kids
upbringing is all that matters.

And all these do gooders in the world who think they know better than
everyone else should be put up against a wall and shot.
