was hamered lastnight and wasn't planning going to asda then seen
houtukdeals saying asda had it for £400, so why not. 360 was plugged into
vga port and lead was dodgy (had to keep bending it to get right colour)
huge upgrade from me shity tevion and blueray is brill and me new home
threater kick's ass, the floorboard's the subwoofer sit's on, runs under my
chair so its like being in the cinema. normal tv is better and looks like
daytime (tevion was dark) just been staring at liz macdonalds boobs ;oP I'll
have to take up salsa.... eh heslop they can bar me from talking about
exercise in virgin.disc.gen but not here ;oP |

Don't buy Blu-Rays for it though, unless you're future proofing yourself or
something, as it's not full HD, just HD Ready, so you may as well just get a
cheapo upscaling DVD player and save like, a tenner on each DVD you buy
instead of a BR. Don't worry though, they'll still look very good and it
certainly was a keen price, so if you're happy with it and the picture is
good, that's all that matters

me buy bluerays ;o) I got one that came free with ps3 & I get the ps3 avchd
from binaries

yep most upscaled stuff is good enough and after all its just a story (still
get same ending) just more money for more rubbish |

That the eye views in such high resolution that it can tell the
difference between 720p and 1080p on anything smaller than 50" once you
get over 5ft away.

finally got an HDTV - Well I went to every shop in the town and exhausted all avenues looking for the best deal. I finally got a Polaroid HDTV. Don't giggle too much, I know Polaroid are not exactly known for TVs, but you never know if might be something decent rebrande...
its finally died - Well it seems to have outlasted most peoples but my 2 weeks after launch 360 died this morning. Fortunately in my paranoia i bought an elite when they come out as a backup. Its 10 months old before its even been taken out the box. oh well bri
Finally got hmv pes5 - bout time First impressions (only had a few games)- -Tricky to score - shots balloon over the bar easily -Players mis-control more -The gap between the best teams and worst teams is much shorter -5 star games vs CPU are very tough -Lag improved slightly... |
