It sure could have been a bit longer! I really missed having a mini map. I
was having to bring up the map a lot so I could figure out where I was. But
I really enjoyed the demo. The chaingun was very handy. I don't mind not
picking up loot if I can upgrade the weapons I have/find. This is way more
on the action side of the ARPG scale. I liked that I could interact with the
items in the game like shooting barrels that exploded which helped kill off
the enemy. It's been a long time since I played "Dungeon Siege" but didn't
you control your party with just the mouse?
In the full game you get to build your own robot sidekick, and I'm wondering
just how bad ass you can make it. It would be cool if you could end up with
this huge killing machine by your side. I'll probably wait and pick this up
after it's been out for awhile. I have a lot of games I'm trying to finish,
so I'm in no hurry to pick this one up.

It's well below spec, but I wanted to see how far down the horsepower
scale I could go and still run it in minimal graphics mode. I've got
a dual core and a nice graphics card sitting in a box for when I want
to get serious about building another gaming machine.

Well, what kind of machine? I haven't gotten around to trying the demo
just yet.
