Skulls Achievements Question on Halo 3

For the skulls achievements:

1. Will we find it if we play four player co-op or is it strictly
single player only?
2. If there is only one skull will all four players get the
achievement or only the player picking up the skull?

yes and it'll give the achivements to all the players in the party.
