Scid 3.7 pre-release (free chess database and training sof..

Hi,

I released a beta version of Scid 3.7 with many changes in the user
interface. It can be downloaded at

You can get an idea of Scid features at

and for the new user interface

Concerning this new user interface :
- it is now themable (see menu options->theme)
- windows can be docked (see menu options->windows)
- windows can be moved by right clicking on the tabs and dragged and
dropped from one tab to another

This release also includes many changes (see Changelog file in source
package).
