What happens in this situation:

Russia:
A War Hold
A Mos S A war
A Ukr S A war

Germany:
A Liv-War
A Pru S A Liv-War

Austria:
A Sil-War
A Gal S A Sil-War

Austria and Germany individually attack War with own support. Russia
supports War on the double.
Will Russia hold Warsawa?

Yes, and the numner of supports on Army Warsaw is irrelevant. Even if
it was "2 + 2 against 1", Warsaw would hold under the "Beleaguered
Garrison" rule. Only if three of Livonia, Prussia, Silesia, and
Galicia supported the fourth would Army Warsaw be dislodged in this
case.

If there was no unit in Warsaw, the attacks from Livonia and Silesia
would bounce (2 vs 2) and neither would get in. Because of this, any
unit in Warsaw would not be dislodged, even without support.

Yes, and in this case even if it doesn´t support it at all,
as Austria and Germany would bounce each other.

You can see the outcome here:

You can also alter orders and units to see how the outcome is
affected.
