Q on the Rockstar achievement

Hi

In the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV there is the Rockstar achievement. It
is granted for defeating a Rockstar employee. Is that something you can
be proud on or does every GTA IV gamer on the 360 have it?

I think that achievement was viral, when you kill someone who killed the
Rockstar employee you get it as well. Not sure but I think I read that
somewhere.
