Ok, who's got them? I know some of you are stashing these away in your
garage/shop hoping to get around to putting them into that project Robotron
you've been sitting on for years. Time to come to the realization that
you'll never get around to doing it, so might as well sell the joysticks to
me! I'm smack dab in the middle of two projects and I'm at the point of
rebuilding the control panels. Would be a perfect time to do the joysticks.

Must be from an original Robotron....new, old, working, not
working....doesn't matter. I need at least two.

Shoot me a pic and a price.

Thanks,

Buzzman

There was someone on the group selling these NOS, longer shaft plus wico
base, for $100 a pair I believe. Search the groups.

Hi,

These were reproduced a few years back by the same guy who made the
joust sticks, they are the ones with the longer shafts. All he sold
were the shafts, the base unit is easy to come by. I am not sure what
all the fuss is about these, there should be tons out there for sale?

The problem is he stopped and closed up shop over a year ago (maybe
two). From what I understand there were combined issues of his health
and pressure about pinball repros he was doing. The Robo sticks he was
doing were great too, stainless shafts and seamless red balls. They
were far better than the originals. Every once in a while he sells some
leftovers on eBay but doesn't answer any emails about any stock he
might have left.

Pretty sure Steven was getting these from Specialty Plastics, the guy who
repro'd the tron handles and such. He's no longer in the hobby so the
repro's are done.

And another thing, I don't think these are original Wicos. The shafts
have casting marks along their length. Wico sticks didn't have any
casting marks.
