I have just bought a new PC with Windows Vista and installed VGAP 4.
When I try to open an rst file a whole series of errors comes up
ending in termination of the program.

Does anyone know why this happens and have a fix please.

use right click on the program and set to "run as" XP, make it apply
to always run as XP ( or anything back to W'95 stuff).
the website at Microsoft will tell you this is a temporary fix, but it
has worked for over a year for me.
