Players in fast gunboat games will also get a sneak peak at a new
tournament format that I'll be rolling out next year.

USAK provides an interpretation of the EP House Rules to serve as a
default for games in which the GM does not otherwise post his own house
rules. The truly paranoid should send "get house.rules" to the judge
before games start to obtain these rules, which apply for all my games.
