PopCap Games - Deluxe Games

I am having a problem posting my scores in the PopCap Hall of Fame.
Whenb I post my score (over 52 million), I get an error message "resubmit
detected", but I havn't ever been listed on the Hall of Fame. I did try
yesterday to post, but it never took it and posted it, so how do I get to
post my score. I had a problem before with my Norton Antivirus running,
which wouldn't allow me to connect to the Hall of Fame at all, but I can
connect when I disable Norton. Ijust don't know how to get it to post my
scores.

Can anybody help?

Like, where on my computer would it be getting the idea that something has
already been posted, thus "resubmit detected".
