Did you ever sort out the issues you were having displaying the 360 on a tft
monitor without the image looking squashed or stretched? I'm thinking of
getting a samsung (take advantage of their 0 dead pixel policy) 4ms tft with
dvi & vga

Cheers

Using a CRT, not TFT.
1280x1024 makes the game look horribly vertically stretched.
I settled for 1280x720 which seems to have no stretching.
I thought the Samsung zero dead pixel policy related to South Korea only.

Bollocks to that idea then... cant stand getting monitors & LCDs with dodgy
pixels

I've found that Dead/Stuck pixels are fairly uncommon these days, and
stuck pixels can sometimes be unstuck anyway. Both my 17" LG Monitor and
my 26" Panasonic TV are completely free of dead/stuck pixels, as was my
Nintendo DS, my Game Boy Advance, my GBA SP and 3 other monitors we have
in the house.

Sadly my newly-arrived DS Lite has a little blue stuck pixel, but I'm
going to try and sort that one out... Still, not a bad run of luck Smile

Don't forget distant selling regulations. If you are unhappy with your
purchase you can return it for a refund. I think the max time is something
like 7 days.

I returned the 26" acer HD tv I bought... partly because of the 2 dead
pixels, partly because it left my eyes in pain due to it replacing my
monitor that sits 1.5m away
