Oblivion questions

I use 2 mods. One of them is a companion mod. She is sometimes helpful
and sometimes in the way. Too often Gabrielle gets in the way and end up
getting struck by my sword. She can't die but she will growl at me
something like "that's the second time you have hit me". I would prefer
she didn't push her way into my confrontation. Is there amy thing that
can be done to keep her out of my fight other than to tell her to wait here?
The second question concerns "Bag of Holding". I can play at home and at
work during lunch. When I took a save with me the contents of my bag
were lost. When I relaunched the bag it was empty. Does anyone know
about this or how to contact the author? I have tried to find Quarn but
have been unable to do so.
