Post subject: Mystery Dungeon DS - AGNP Rescue Confederation? Archived from groups: alt>games>nintendo>pokemon (more info?)

So I've been playing Explorers of Darkness, and I've whited out or whatever.
Wouldn't be a big deal (probably still isn't) except that it's an important
mission and it'd feel weird to be forced back to the guild at this point in
the story. Plus I don't want to lose my stuff.
I see at least a couple others here play EoT/EoD; anyone have any thoughts
on organizing some way we could rescue each other?

Something about the Mystery Dungeon series I've often wondered about, since
I don't own any of the games: Does the game automatically save when you are
defeated? The thought occurs that if you could simply return to the last,
non-defeat save, you wouldn't need to be rescued or to lose all your stuff.

It gives you the option to quicksave, which I believe pretty much deletes
itself after you start that save up again. I *could* load the pre-dungeon
save, but the stuff I said I didn't want to lose was stuff I got *on that
trip*. (I'm at the point where enemies drop the chests, and I'm trying to
save up for sets I can swap for.)
