I suddenly lost the video (but not sound) feed from my Tivo to the
TV. I still get video fine directly from the satellite box. Has
anyone had this problem, is there any fix (other than replacing the
unit)? Thanks.

Since you mention an external satellite receiver, I assume that you
are not talking about an HR10-250 (early versions had video-out problems).

What model is your TiVo? Have you checked both the composite (yellow
RCA jack) and S-Video outputs?

I have a series 2. I checked all the cables, and when I connect the
same cables to the Direct TV receiver, everything is fine.

Thanks for replying.

Which output(s) of the TiVo are you having a problem with? RF (the
LOWEST quality output)? Composite (RCA jack with yellow center)?
S-video? Check them all.

Which model Tivo? How is it connected; to the TV and to the signal?

If it's HDMI video from an HR10-250 it could be a dead output; they tend to
die. Otherwise, check your cabling.
