I do not know why 4th Edition lists Feats, Skills, and Exploits as
separate things when they often overlap. I'm trying to come up with a
list that isn't repetitive. This is what I have so far. What have I
left out?

Daze Opponent
Deafen Opponent

Knock Prone
Restrain Opponent
Slow Opponent
Stun Opponent
Surprise Attack
Knock Unconscious
Weaken Opponent

Offhand Weapon Fighting

Tough

Because they're utterly different mechanics.

A feat is something that enhances or otherwise modifies your existing
abilities, or opens up new options.

A skill is a form of physical or mental training that allows you to attempt
specific tasks, but with varied results depending upon your competence and
luck.

Exploits are the names for class powers used by any martial class.

Each involves different mechanics, is aimed at doing different things, and
is acquired via a different method.

If you're still mistaking them for each other after using the system for
this long, you may need to sit down and actually read the rulebooks.

Because I already have a list for that. I've started this Exploit list
to try to make the Fighter and Rogue class just as powerful as the
Wizard and Cleric class.

Following that line of reasoning, why are you leaving out spells?
