I'm bored with the current stock, I still love exploring the vast tech
worlds of the Jedi series and using force powers

I've been a fan for a long time, since the original Dark Forces, then the
first of the Jedi Knight series. If they are going to do more Jedi Knight I
hope they don't use any of the Quake engines again. Personally, I'd rather
they use the Far Cry engine (it'd be great to see jungle planets w/the Far
Cry engine). JK: Academy was the best of the lot in some ways, but the worst
in others. For some reason, it didn't pull me in as much as the previous
titles did...

"New vision"? Oh-oh. I haven't been keeping up with Lucas or
LucasArts. What, George has a new vision to repackage all his old work
and charge us all over again for it? Is that it? I am curious
though.
This reminds me of the issue those South Park guys have with Lucas and
Spielberg changing thier movies and then re-releasing them.

I enjoyed JK2 & JK Academy ..for around a third ..but they go on 2 long..
3 towers where 1 would be interesting ...4 corridors & 100 switches when
they have ideas for half
that..
Yes good riddence to the Quake 3 engine..tho Highlandish have you considered
KOTOR ?
Star Trek Elite Force II is same age n good ...
Oh yes & there is Star Wars Republic Commandos a shooter with more up to
date graphics n good reviews.

I didn't think either of the Star Trek eliteforce titles were as good an JK2
or JA. The level/gameplay design in the ST:eliteforce series was never as
good as any of the Jedi Knight FPS series...
