Installshield Wizard Not Working

I unistalled my AOE3 and i want to start playing again, but when i insert the
disc to play it, it doesnt say Install Game, it says play, so i try
unistalling it from there and it goes to the Installshield where it says
preparing installation, then it just stops, so i try installing it and the
same thing happens.

The same happens here when I was trying to uninstall the Sims Deluxe Edition
i clicked on unsintall then the window poppedup saying it was preparing the
Install shield wizard and then it froze and Icouldn't do anything.
