I seem to remember having this problem before, but can't remember how to
remedy it.

I have the usual bog standard macros, plus a few of my own with various
key combinations. Copying the macros file over to other characters in the
same desktop/user/shard folder causes them all to be duplicated - fine.

However, I've noticed that they lack the boat movement commands and a
couple of others that are in the usual default macros file. Copying the
relevant sections in from the original using xena's macro file editor
doesn't work - as soon as you run UO, it gets rid of the extra bits added
in.

Do I have to simply recreate them ingame then copy the created macro file
over to the others? It makes little sense as to why it removes the extra
lines (given that I've used the editor and they're in the default anyway).

To further confuse the issue, I just re-added all the boat commands
ingame, closed the client, checked the files (the new macros were there)
then when I reopened the client, the macros had reverted back to how they
were.

Argh? TLAPD was on the 19th. Umm, I use UO Cirse for boat movement.

I've noticed UO doesn't seem to be able to cope with macros on the 'command'
keys (?) such as home delete end etc...never found a way around that, other
than to use precious UOA slots.
Otherwise, not sure why they wouldn't work.
