Nobody ever did. Everything Replay is on the Replay forum at
avsforums.com and to lesser extent planetreplay.com.

The group used to be a lot more active than it is - see Google Groups
for historical post levels.

But since RTV stopped updating software years ago, and then stopped
selling hardware, it is natural that there aren't going to be many
posts. There isn't a lot to discuss when there is nothing new
happening. And the userbase will continue to shrink as more and more
of the market goes HD and has to replace their RTVs with an HD DVR.

Yep and the 'lifetime' agreement is fairly clear that such things are
not part of it, so there would be little ground to stand on legally to
try to win wuch a suit.

And even if there were you can't force a company to implement new
features, the best you could hope for is the court ordering some kind
of refund - and most likely it'd be pro-rated based on service
received anyway.
