Help needed for Pub Time Dart game

Just picked up this game and all seems to work except the darts don't
register, some do, the 2nd to the outer ring seems to work, the others
don;t. Do I need a new "sensor pad"? If so, any body have any or
suggestions of where to get them? Any other ideas or thoughts are
always appreciated.

Make sure you didn't screw down the screws that hold the matrix too tight.
