New Graphics Program for AARs

This is a FREE little graphics package for creating maps or drawing on
maps and could be quite useful for doctoring up your AAR screens.

The interface is a little clunky but it has some nice capabilities
that would help you illustrate plans and actions.

There's also a video somewhere which acts as a tutorial - I meant to
check it out but haven't gotten around to it.

In combination with Google Earth maps this should be interesting.
