I'm wondering about Gamma World's present incarnation compared to
Past incarnations,
including Omega World?? Is there a way to mix-&-match?? Seriously

The answer to your question is yes, for a short answer. for more
information, check out the Gamma World mailing list on Yahoogroups. Lots of
dedicated players there, and the group is good at these types of questions.

May as well chime in with what little I know. Omega World was basically
a short term fix until they came out with the D20 version. Haven't seen
any OW adventures online anywhere. In fact, the only D20
post-apocalyptic adventures I've seen online are for Darwin's World,
which isn't too far removed from GW D20.

As for converting older adventures over over to D20, it might take a
little effort, but shouldn't be that hard. Most likely there are people
in the Yahoo Gamma World email group that have already converted the
adventures over, so I suggest going there and asking.
