Post subject: Looking For Game Name

I am trying to remember a name of a game that a I played back in
1992-1995. It was a graphical adventure along the lines of King's
Quest, but involved a student magician/wizard. It kind of reminded me
of what Harry Potter would have been back then(I think one of the
characters was wearing a wizard cap and had glasses). I was thinking
Wizardry but what I found through google/wiki wasn't what I was
expecting.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

The publishers very nicely released versions of Simon 1 and 2 which
worked on XP so if thats your OS then try to find those versions.

If the game doesn't run directly under Windows you might try the ScummVM
Interpreter (just google for it). It was originally developed for Lucasarts
games but also runs some other games like StS 1+2.
