Game fpe00001 on USAK is forming to test the feasibility of using an
email interface with the default deadlines of the phpDiplomacy platform.
The purpose of this series of games is to determine whether an email
interface or enhanced options for deadlines is a higher development
priority for the phpDip trunk.
This game is for anyone who would like increased interaction between
the play-by-email and play-by-web Diplomacy communities.

This configuration approximates settings for phpDiplomacy
The phpDiplomacy platform and its derivatives account for as many
on-line games as the judges. This series of games tests the feasibility
of playing by email games with the same timing constraints as a default
phpDip game. This will help us to determine whether writing an email
interface or enhancing the deadline options is a higher priority.
