Where next for GTA?

With news dripping out about the Lost and the Damned episodic content
I find myself wondering again where GTA will go for the next major
cross platform release.

This is not a new subject and people have already speculated about the
possibility of a GTA IV : San Andreas or Vice City. A whole SA style
state is probably too much to ask but it strikes me that with
Midnightclub LA, Rockstar have already done most of the map work for a
GTA IV : Los Santos.
