Freeware or not?

Can anybody explain to me, why on this site, the game is called
"Mahjongg Freeware"

or "Free Mahjongg Solitaire" on the main page, and goes on raving about
360 layouts, 72 tilesets and thirty music titles (note: all said on the
"Mahjongg Freeware" page), while on this page,

Dragons&subj=uo&tag=button

Download.com says: "Limitations: 1-layout/tile set/backdrop trial",
and is supposed to cost 30 to 35 bucks.

Who is telling the truth?
