Forza 3 Super Elite bundle officially announced

It would have been nice if Microsoft had taken the time to design a
custom 360 case for this bundle as well. Isn't Forza one of
Microsoft's own first-party games? Shouldn't they have showed as much
pride in one of their products as they did in one of someone else's?

At least it had a decorated case. The Forza bundle is just a plain old
Elite with extra storage space. Hell, just slap a Forza logo on the
side and be done with it!

is owned by Microsoft.

Though I am not purchasing that bundle (I don't need it), I can actually
forgive non-matching controllers for the price MS is offering in that deal,
that deal is one of the best I've ever seen for a gaming console. My only
thoughts are, and rightfully so considering their history, is that I wonder
if MS is still trying to filter out older Elite models that don't have the
Jasper MOBO.

That's kinda what I'm waiting on to see, but I'm pretty sure the MW2
are going to be JASPERS. Allot of the new ELITES are showing up with
the jasper 12, 1a in the amazon forums. So I'm pretty sure the MW2
will be Jaspers as well.

I think MW2 360 looks pretty good myself.

I can't tell if the controllers are a lighter grey on the sticks and D-
Pad , because in the amazon pics they're very light. much lighter than
my black controllers.

Still I wish they were themed like the console. but I can't ignore
that deal .

If I ordered the MW2 bundle and didnt get a Jasper MOBO?
I would make a video destroying it that MS would not soon forget or
live down.
That would be the ultimate kick in the balls for their consumers after
how poorly they have handled their hardware issues this generation.

Maybe MS or Turn 10 at the last minute will throw in a skin and a
faceplate.
I would get that bundle because I need 1 extra and another new unit.
My sons is on it's last leg and my kids have taken over my gaming
rooms with their friends so now I need to create a new hangout for
pops. I just hope my wheel gets here in time from Fanatec. I am
starting to feel like a chump for preordering from them since I paid
in full in advance.

I don't think you'd be the only one. I'm sure it would be relatively

Well my kids are grown. My house has become the local hang out and my
basement (2 gaming rooms and a huge gym room) was the draw. All of my
sons friends are into UFC and they all take MMA classes so they use my
house as their place to train and they cool down by swimming in our
pool and then gaming in my 2 gaming rooms in the basement. 2 more
years and my son is off to college! Then I will have my basement back!

We can barely afford the mortgage where we live. I don't think we'd
ever be able to afford finishing our basement.
