I can only find speculation about what engine is to be used. Some
people think it will be utilising Tech5 but I think the smart money is
on Unreal Engine 3.
There is more on Borderlands at Blue's News again today. The latest
article has the Publishers, 2K Games, stating that the revolutionary
technology being applied by Gearbox will allow for thousands of
randomly generated missions to be created.
It is claimed the game will be "Mad Max meets Diablo".
