OK, I managed to reserve a place in Blissett GW
For those of you who haven't noticed yet, FML is in a state of
preordering (initially for beta-testers) and for all public on
Tuesday.

and the beta is in a state of death!
looks like we'll be starting in a fresh GW early next week now, dunno
if it's really worth the bother just to start all over again in a
month.

I signed up for Bull as well. But I'm thinking of moving out of
Blissett..unless if fills by the end of September. I don't want to
play mostly against AI and other GWs seem more full.

Lemme try to get this straigth...
So we beta;s can pre-order, receive the game earlier AND thus train our
coaching abilities earlier - implicating a massive leap ahead of starting
players, who will not be able to draw Barrows or Farrows or Sarrows until
they have clicked some things and waited for three days or more - at which
time our scouting will be lightyears ahead....
Hmm... I will stick to FM2008 |

yeah, but you didn't exactly give FML a chance though, did you Hari?
you must've played the beta for a whole 2 days before writing it off.
Anyway, yes anyone who signs up and starts playing now will have a 2/3
month head start on public users when it goes fully Live in January,
but as Nick says, the public users will most likely be going to new
servers, rather than the ones the beta testers, etc have signed up to
now, as space will be at a premium on these first few.

I don't think this will be the case. I expect each GW to be full (1000
players) before SI kicking it off. So we'll all (beta-testers and
public) start at the same time.

I know I know and mea culpa. However... WoW is also an addiction too. I
gotta restrict myself to one online game a time: and boy WoW is time
consuming.
