You have F15 Strike Eagle III or 3. It's a 386 DOS game--F117 was 286,
and so low end that the W98 DOS prompt may handle it. SE3 may take too
much. Your best bet may be DOSBox.

II = 2, not 3
SE2 is before F117 time.
I get the menu using a dosbox but it crashed before it starts...
