Error on wiki for Law?

* >29 causes less colonists to die due to lack of enough money to
fight high crime.


Yet Feds are Law 110. I believe this should read <50 and <60 for the
happiness loss right?

Yes, I think so. If you look at the taxes page you can see the
correct values.
