Error when sending mail: cap on unique recipients ??

What doesn't make sense is that I had been playing for over an hour,
questing as normal, and I got that error message on my very first mail
of the day. So it has to be some other explanation.

I logged back in, after roughly an hour, and now I was able to send
mail to 3 different characters with no error message. So my guess is
that maybe there is a limit to prevent spammers, but that there's a
glitch where sometimes a normal player somehow flags for that error.
Best solution I saw so far was to simply try again at a later time...

Did the hotfix fix the problem with father winter constantly announcing
that there are gifts under the tree for people to freely ninja?

I know last year they never had a problem with that.

We can learn from this from a developer standpoint...Fix one thing, and
something else breaks

Just wait until they disable talking in the General Chat channels,
those rooms will end up being for admin use only, and the ebst part of
it all throttling the number of /tell messages that you send to other
players within a given minute. What they need to do is have actual
server moderators whether thats a bot or an actual individual that sit
online monitoring those rooms and banning those spammers from abusing
their services.

I was not aware you could send mail to more than one recipient per message.
Can you do that?

I got that last night when trying to send some herbs to one of my alts.
I ended up sending them to my banker instead. Will incur an extra 30c
per item, but I needed the bag space.
