Doppleganger Slow Blitz Ended

The first Doppleganger Slow Blitz has ended with all players voting that
BoyScout was the definitive winner.

The blitz will restart today, hopefully at noon CDT, Same parameters as before,
but, the bigstart script will be utilized to set all starting island hexes to
sanctuary w/ 1 civ.

This will be my first attempt at creating a game exclusively from scripts. Upon
success, I'll then attempt to start the next one via cron job so the blitz will
be fully automated. Then I'll add the Sloth Blitz to the mix.

I know its not customary to post the results pf a blitz, but, the ng has been
